Pick Up In-Store

This is a member-only service that allows you to pick up product at a store reserved at Gentlemonster.com.

How to use ‘Pick Up In-Store’ service

After selecting the product, click 'Pick Up In-Store' button and choose the payment option.

• Pay Now: Reserve a product, complete the payment online and pick up your product at the store on the selected date.
• Pay on Pick Up: Reserve a product online and complete your payment while picking up the product at the store on the selected date.

We will send you an email with the subject 'Ready For Pick Up' when your order is prepared.
After receiving the email, please present the email containing your order number when you visit the store to pick up your product.

Pick up period

Your order will be held at the store until the pick up date selected. If you do not pick up your product by the selected date, the order will be automatically canceled.

‘Pick Up In-Store’ order status

You can view the status at [Account] > [Pick Up In-Store] > [View order details].
When your order status has been changed, we will notify you via email.

1. Reviewing Order: The store you selected is validating the order.
2. Ready For Pick Up: The product is prepared for pick up in-store. Please visit the store at the time you selected with the ‘Ready For Pick Up’ email.
3. Pick Up Completed: The order has been picked up.

Exchanges and returns

Product purchased with ‘Pick Up In-Store’ service can not be exchanged. It may be returned and you may need to place a new order.
For returns, it is possible only at the store where you pick up the product within 7 days from the pick up date.
Refund will be proceeded with the original payment method.
