Shipping

• The orders are shipped through 'Australia Post'. If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, you may check the delivery status through 'Australia Post'. Shipping may take additional time during holidays, and extreme weather events. Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Australia Public Holidays).
• Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of AU public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct as Gentle Monster is not able to change the city, state, or postcode, nor can it reroute packages once shipped.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can check the delivery status of your package. Please click here to check your order status.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping
Gentle Monster offers complimentary shipping on orders placed with 'Standard Shipping' option. Order will take 2-10 business days to be delivered depending on the destination.
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2-3 business days
- ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA: 3-5 business days
- NT, WA, TAS: 6-10 business days

• Express Shipping
Receive your orders within 1-3 business days with the ‘Express Shipping’ service. Outside of this network, Express Post items are delivered as fast as possible using existing transport links. A delivery charge of $12 is applied for all locations. We are unable to deliver via Express Shipping to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.


Lost Or Stolen Packages

If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact us at cs.au@gentlemonster.com within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you’ve reported your package as lost, our Customer Service team will reach out to 'Australia Post' to open an investigation regarding your package. We will work closely with 'Australia Post' as they conduct their investigation, and we will resolve the problem accordingly once this investigation has been concluded. Gentle Monster is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if a customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm your mailing details before placing an order.
