• The orders are shipped through 'Australia Post'. If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, you may check the delivery status through 'Australia Post'. Shipping may take additional time during holidays, and extreme weather events. Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Australia Public Holidays).

Gentle Monster offers complimentary shipping on orders placed with 'Standard Shipping' option. Order will take 2-10 business days to be delivered depending on the destination.
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2-3 business days
- ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA: 3-5 business days
- NT, WA, TAS: 6-10 business days

• Express Shipping
Receive your orders within 1-3 business days with the ‘Express Shipping’ service. Outside of this network, Express Post items are delivered as fast as possible using existing transport links.

If your package was delivered, but you’re unable to locate it, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your package was damaged or is missing items, please provide a clear description of the physical appearance of your package (photos are recommended) and notify our Customer Service team. Gentle Monster is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm all mailing information before placing your order.
