Cancellation is possible only at that stage on [Order received] [Payment completed] in Order details.
It is not possible to cancel the order from the [Ready to delivery] stage, and you can return the product after receiving it.

How to return
Please submit ‘return request’ at [Account > Order > Order detail] on the Gentle Monster website.
Please arrange return pick-up and it must be paid by customer’s end. You can use any courier but, DHL is preferable.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will get a refund into your original payment method after inspection process is completed.

The refund period may vary depending on the credit card company.
Credit card - up to 7 to 14 business days, but it may vary depending on the credit card company's refund policy.

There is no exchange system in the online store, please return it and place an order again.

You have to pay the shipping fee directly when you return it, and when the product arrives, we will refund the entire amount to original payment methods.

You can only return your order to online store that you purchased from, and Exchange must be returned and place an ordered again.

The delivery complete status will change within about 1 day of receipt of the product, and returns will be received afterwards.

You cannot return it if it falls under the following reasons.

- The product you purchased can only be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must contain all unused components.
- If the frame's lens is removed, it cannot be returned.
- if the certification label attached to the product has been removed, it cannot be returned.

Refunds are typically issued within 3-7 business days of product inspection.
Depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card provider, it may take 7-14 business days for your refund to appear on your account. You will receive a refund for the payment method used in the original order.
