Gentle Monster’s 35th project, “Birthday Cake,” is a story-based exhibition that expresses a moment of reminiscence. The displayed space depicts a child’s birthday using a red refrigerator filled with colorful cakes. A mischievous child’s messy room and a grown adult’s neat room are showcased comparatively to illustrate a collision of past and present memories.
