After we have received your return parcel, we will proceed to check the following before we process a refund:
- The product must contain all unused components.
- If the inside of the product is damaged or the attached tape is torn, it cannot be returned.
- If the frame's demo lens is removed, or any visible scratches that does not fall under production defect, your return will not be processed. Your refund will be visible in your statement after 5-7 working days.
