1. Contact us at cs.sg@gentlemonster.com with your order number as the subject title. Request a return label and schedule a collection time for your item. Your label will be sent to you by email.
2. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with invoice, authenticity certificate card, barcode booklet, all packaging with protective materials intact. Optical frames cannot be returned after they have been fitted with prescription or replacement lenses.
3. Print the pre-paid shipping label received by email, and stick it on your parcel.
4. Hand the parcel over to the courier.
5. A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in its original condition before processing your returns.
Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 14 days.
